I reached out to Pam for Hypnobirthing sessions after feeling un-supported emotionally, unprepared with the knowledge I had & the lack of trust I had in myself and my body during my first birth.
I wanted to find someone who would be able to assist me to feel empowered, confident & knowledgeable in my birth. It was important to me that I found someone who wasn't against the hospital system, but who had the knowledge to be able to guide me in the right way to feel calm & in a loving internal space when I was birthing.
I had originally planned a homebirth that ended up being a repeat C-section delivery due to complete placenta prévia.
Pam guided me to use all the tools we learnt during our sessions even though my original vision had changed.
I found her very knowledgeable, professional & understanding of how I was feeling. Pam was able to answer all my questions without judgement & I greatly appreciated her support of mulher & my husband.
